This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) sets out the manner in which IPLIX Media LLP, (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), collects, uses, stores, discloses, processes, and protects Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data or Information (SPDI) of users, clients, vendors, partners, employees, website visitors, and any other data subjects (“you”, “your”) in accordance with the applicable laws of India including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and any other statutory instruments or notifications issued thereunder.

By accessing our website, engaging with our services, or otherwise providing us with your Personal Data, you expressly consent to the collection, storage, processing, use, transfer, and disclosure of your Personal Data in accordance with this Policy.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Policy:

  3. “Data Fiduciary means any person who alone or in conjunction with other persons determines the purpose and means of processing Personal Data, as per the DPDP Act, 2023.
  4. Data Principal” means the individual to whom the Personal Data relates.
  5. “Processing” means the whole or partial operation performed on data, including collection, recording, storage, adaptation, alteration, retrieval, usage, alignment, combination, disclosure, dissemination, erasure, or destruction.

2. Applicability

This Policy applies to:

  • Users of our website and digital platforms.
  • Clients and prospective clients availing our digital marketing and allied services.
  • Vendors, partners, contractors, consultants engaged by us.
  • Employees, interns, and associates.
  • Any individual whose Personal Data is lawfully collected by us.

We retain Personal Data for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as mandated under law, including taxation, dispute resolution, and regulatory requirements. Once retention is no longer required, we shall securely delete, anonymize, or archive the data.

7. Rights of Data Principals

As per applicable law, including the DPDP Act, 2023, you have the following rights:

  1. Right to Access: To know whether your Personal Data is being processed, and to seek a summary of such data.
  2. Right to Correction: To have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
  3. Right to Erasure: To request deletion of your Personal Data, subject to legal and contractual limitations.
  4. Right to Nominate: To nominate another individual to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.
  5. Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw the same at any time.
  6. Right to Grievance Redressal: To file complaints regarding data misuse or unauthorized processing.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us at legal@iplix.in. Withdrawal will not affect data processed prior to your request.

8. Security Practices

We implement reasonable security practices and procedures in accordance with the IT Act, 2000 and the IT Rules, 2011, including but not limited to:

  • Encryption of data in transit and at rest.
  • Role-based access controls.
  • Regular audits and vulnerability assessments.
  • Firewalls, anti-malware, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Employee training on data security.

9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

10. Children’s Data

Our services are not directed towards individuals under the age of 18 years. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data of minors. If it comes to our knowledge that we have inadvertently collected data of a minor, we shall delete it forthwith.

13. Grievance Redressal Mechanism

In accordance with Rule 5(9) of the IT Rules, 2011 and Section 13 of the DPDP Act, 2023, we have designated a Grievance Officer. All complaints, concerns, or disputes may be addressed to the Grievance Officer whose details are provided in Section 7 above.

We shall acknowledge your grievance within 24 hours and endeavor to resolve it within 30 days of receipt.

14. Amendments to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise this Policy at our sole discretion, to reflect changes in law, technology, or business practices. The updated Policy shall be effective from the date of publication on our website.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at New Delhi, India.

This Policy shall be read in consonance with the following statutes, rules, and regulations, as amended from time to time:
